TRANSREC

"TRANSREC" is a haunting look at the nature of transitional spaces, travel theory, and by extension, its relationship to the subconscious abstraction. The environmental desensitization induced by transcient spaces suggest that transitioning, and stepping into transcient spaces, while temporal, extend and create in themselves enduring spaces based on the reduction or lack of physical signifiers, compressing the area to an encapsulated experience. While these spaces are tightly controlled, the mind itself knows no control in face of the rational direction. In this state, introspection jumps to the foreground and the mind runs unfettered to the boundaries imposed by individual experience and cognitive knowledge.
